HoCo HIVE is a health tech accelerator led by the Howard County Economic Development Authority (HCEDA) in partnership with Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center (HCMC) that helps startups and growth-stage companies test and refine practical healthcare technologies in real Howard County clinical settings.

Cyber Howard is HCEDA’s accelerator program for early-stage cybersecurity companies ready to transition from concept to commercialization. The program offers mentorship, funding connections, and technical resources to help entrepreneurs refine their products, scale operations, and secure investment.

HCEDA’s Fed to Founder program helps former federal employees launch and grow their own businesses, offering mentorship and startup support tailored to that transition.
